What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this solely to identify you in the app and display your name as the event host.

When guests RSVP to your event, we collect their name, attendance status, guest count, an optional message, and optional contact information. This data is visible only to the event host.

Event data

Events you create include a title, date, location (with optional map coordinates), description, and a unique invitation link. This information is publicly accessible to anyone with the invitation link.

How we use your data

• Authenticate you when you sign in
• Display your events and guest responses on your dashboard
• Show event details to guests who open your invitation link
• Monitor errors and improve the service (no personal data is included in error reports)

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not send marketing emails
• We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics
• We do not store passwords (authentication is handled by your sign-in provider)

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database. All connections use industry-standard encryption.

Data deletion

You can delete any event from your dashboard, which removes the event and all associated RSVPs and guest records. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove all your data.
