Preciousfy is a free digital invitation platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in using a third-party provider. You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

What you can do

• Create events with digital invitations
• Share invitation links with your guests
• Collect RSVPs and manage guest lists
• Edit or delete your events at any time

What you must not do

• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Create events with illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to access other users' data or events
• Abuse the API with automated requests beyond normal use
• Impersonate another person or entity

Your content

You own the content you create (event titles, descriptions, guest lists). By using Preciousfy, you grant us permission to display this content to your invited guests via the invitation link.

Availability

We aim to keep Preciousfy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You can stop using Preciousfy at any time by deleting your events. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
